Monica Izquierdo is a risk management professional and has worked in Fortune 500 companies for most of her career. Monica is an experienced business person and has worked in various industries including media, publishing, supply chain logistics, transportation, finance and insurance. Monica’s skill set includes operational efficiency, complex business negotiations, fiscal responsibility, team building and staff development. Monica has supported many nonprofit organizations as a donor and volunteer. Monica is married and has a biological daughter and two step children. Although her family no longer has minor children, she empathizes with the challenges of family life. Monica and Lourdes have been close friends for over 30 years.
